In the history of British Government, how many times have we been promised great things and been given nothing? No I'm afraid a licence fee will not be beneficial to sea angling and is just a way of grinding us all down to yet more taxes and false promises. Please do not be fooled into thinking anything different. They can't sort out what's on dry land; let alone improving what's in the sea! Are we all really that short sighted?
